YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SERVICE PROGRAM (YES)
MBCDC is the only Mobile YES provider in Central Indiana. Innovative in its delivery system, MBCDC provides support services uniquely designed for greatest impact. The goal is to move youth and young adults toward self-sufficiency through education, training, and employment.
Opportunity youth are people age 16-24 who have become disconnected from school and/or work and are in need of support to reconnect them on a career path. Our program is supported through grants provided by an EmployIndy initiative which is primarily funded through a major investment from the Lilly Endowment, Inc.
