DESCRIPTION:Come out with family and friends to learn the ins & outs of golf at the historic Frederick Douglass Golf Course! Adults & youth are invited. Click here to register or learn more. \nAbout this event \nGolf Clinic: \nRegistration begins at 8:30 a.m. The clinic will be led by experienced golfers at no cost for participants. \n9 AM Youth Clinic Session \n10 AM Adult Clinic Session \n11 AM Youth Clinic Session \nNoon Lunch with neighborhood historians \n_____________________________________________________________________________ \nPar3 Tournament: \n\n1 PM Shotgun Start\n$25/player\nFor adults only\n\nThe golf course will be set up as all Par 3’s. Enjoy the unique opportunity to spend a fun day with Martindale Brightwood youth and community members. Register as a team of 4 or we will pair smaller groups. Tournament limited to first 40 players. \nIndividual entry includes: \n\n9 Holes of golf with cart\nMeal ticket\nContest prizes\n\nPlease contact us if you prefer to register in-person. \nProceeds from the event will go to support green space and youth programs in Martindale Brightwood\, including programming at the Frederick Douglass Park.
