DESCRIPTION:Let’s get replenished in the garden.  Enjoy guided meditation and healing vibrations of chimes\, light drumming\, and other sacred sounds.  Allow yourself to experience deep relaxation and inner peace.   Immerse in a wellness practice that helps with focus\, energy\, sleep\, pain management\, stress management\, clarity and so much more. Bring your own blanket/pillow\, or what you would like to get comfortable. Extra mats are available on a first come first served basis.
