DESCRIPTION:We’re partnering with NeighborLink Indianapolis and Edna Martin Christian Center to host the 2022 Home Repair Fall Fest in Martindale Brightwood Community Development Center.\n\n\n\nJoin us for NeighborLink’s 2022 Fall Repair Fest–Leaf Your Home Repairs to Us event!  The goal of this event is to bring together a large number of volunteers on one day to tackle multiple outdoor and exterior projects for homeowners in need in the Martindale-Brightwood area who are either seniors or those with a disability living at or below 150% of the federal poverty level.\n\n\nWhether you sign up with some friends or family\, colleagues\, or come alone…. this event promises to be FUN and an opportunity for fellowship in the spirit of helping neighbors in need.  Who knows–you may even learn a new skill! \nWe’ll gather first at the Edna Martin Christian Center Leadership and Legacy Center at 2259 Ralston Ave 46218 where everyone will check in\, break into groups and get project assignments while enjoying a continental breakfast and hear opening remarks. \nVolunteers need to wear close-toed shoes and wear layered clothing that can adjust to changes in temperature.  All equipment and supplies will be provided at the project sites by NeighborLink.
