LOAN PROGRAM

Cinnaire will launch the Jumpstart Indianapolis Loan Program to provide financing for acquisition and renovation of residential and commercial mixed-use properties in Martindale Brightwood and other Indianapolis neighborhoods. The Loan Program will be available to both experienced and novice developers who have completed an Indianapolis-based Jumpstart Training Program.

The Jumpstart Indianapolis loan process is similar to a bank process to help prepare aspiring developers for future funding from traditional banking institutions. Jumpstart Indianapolis requires loan applicants to complete an online application and attach a pro forma, comps, and construction budget.

It is a non-traditional, mission-driven community development lender that will help aspiring developers compete in a competitive real estate market and guide them along the way. Cinnaire’s goal as a partner in the Jumpstart Martindale Brightwood program is to work with the Martindale Brightwood community to reduce blight, build wealth locally and encourage neighborhood revitalization and stabilization.
