PROGRAM MENTORSHIP

The success of Jumpstart Martindale Brightwood will be dependent on the experienced seasoned real estate professionals that volunteer their time to share their experience and insights with new/rookie developers. The program will include a dynamic team of presenters who share a broad base of knowledge of the local real estate market and deep involvement in Indianapolis-based neighborhoods. Each has a passion for community and economic development issues such as tackling blight, slowing gentrification, keeping resources and capital in the neighborhood, and engaging community residents in impacting their neighborhoods.
