Small Business Program Assistant

Position Summary:

MBCDC is seeking a motivated and community-minded individual to serve as a Small Business Program Assistant within the Empowered Business Solutions initiative. This role supports local entrepreneurs by providing access to resources, coordinating programming, and assisting with outreach and engagement efforts.

The position plays a key role in strengthening small business development by connecting residents to training, services, and opportunities that support long-term growth and economic mobility in the Martindale-Brightwood community.
