Mobile Employment Services
MBCDC is the only Mobile Employment Services provider in Central Indiana. Innovative in its delivery system, MBCDC provides support services uniquely designed for the greatest impact. The goal is to move youth and adults toward self-sufficiency through education, training, and employment.
Opportunity youth and adults are people who have become disconnected from school and/or work and need support to reconnect them on a career path. Our program is supported through grants provided by an EmployIndy initiative which is primarily funded through a major investment from the Lilly Endowment, Inc.
Bridge Initiative at Indiana Wesleyan University
The Bridge Initiative at Indiana Wesleyan University offers flexible, affordable education designed for working adults. With fully online courses, reduced tuition through nonprofit partnerships, and a wide range of degree options, participants can advance their education while maintaining work and family responsibilities. This program supports career growth through accessible, community-focused learning opportunities.
