This yoga session is wonderful for anyone beginning their yoga practice or wanting to expand or explore their yoga journey. We will move slowly and intentionally. In these sessions we will move slower and focus on stretching all areas of the body while releasing tension from the joints and muscles. Getting connected to our bodies through movement and breath. I am just a guide as you explore your body.
