Jumpstart Kickstart Session: Underwriting for Aspiring Developers
Keith Broadnax and the Cinnaire Team will facilitate an in-person Kickstart session to teach fundamental details on “How homeownership and rental properties are underwritten.” In this session, you will learn about underwriting guidelines for both homeownership and rental developments. Participants will also get hands-on technical assistance on how use a pro forma for both homeownership and rental developments.
